Following a wonderful book launch that piggybacked on the spectacular opening of the Rochester Memorial Art Gallery’s opening of It Came From the Vault—I will be going back to Rochester, New York for a reading and book signing at the Memorial Art Gallery on Thursday, May 16th at 5:30pm. You can get more details as the MAG’s May events calendar is posted and updated regularly on their website: http://mag.rochester.edu/ — I am also anticipating a cover article by Rochester art journalist, Becca Rafferty to appear in a publication titled ‘City’ which should hit Rochester newsstands on May 1st.
Equally exciting is a book signing scheduled in my hometown of Philadelphia, PA at Giovanni’s Room located on the northeast corner of 12th and Pine Streets on Saturday, June 1st at 5:30pm http://www.queerbooks.com/event/reading-willian-whiting. That signing will be proceeded by a story in the Philadelphia Gay News by art journalist Jen Colletta appearing in the Friday, May 31st “Summer Reading” issue. I’ll keep people posted as we get closer to both dates.
